Reminder Publications' 7th Annual Hometown Hero Awards
in honor of our Co-founder Anne Buendo

Do you know someone who has made a difference in his or her community?

Reminder Publications would like to recognize the exceptional business people and citizens from each of the communities we serve as a Hometown Hero for their outstanding contribution to the area.

Nominations will be accepted until November 12, 2008. Nominees and winners will be announced in December 2008 and will be honored at a social hour held in February 2009. Winners will receive a plaque, a feature story in our publications, a donation in their name to the charity of their choice, and a portrait by Robert Charles Photography.

Rules & Regulations

Nominees must reside in one of the 14 communities we serve. These include: East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, Hampden, Wilbraham, Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, South Hadley, Granby, West Springfield, Agawam, Westfield, Southwick and Ludlow.
The nomination form must be filled out completely, otherwise nomination will not be reviewed.
