Michelle Fairman

"I would like to nominate Michelle Fairman, Legendary Store Marketer for Texas Roadhouse in Springfield as the next "Hometown Hero." Michelle has made it her mission to make a difference in the community where Texas Roadhouse resides.

"Michelle has been instrumental in giving back $27,000 to Baystate Children's Hospital in the last 14 months. Michelle has made it possible to donate $8,000 in free kid's meals to various schools and organizations this year alone.

"Michelle has made numerous relationships in our community. Her most recent was putting together a program with the East Longmeadow school system where every child who gets a C+ or better on their report card will be awarded for their hard work, and 'doing the best work they know how' with a free kids meal or appetizer courtesy of the Texas Roadhouse.

"Michelle makes it a point to develop a personal partnership with the people she meets in and out of the restaurant. Michelle is 'legendary' in every sense of the word, and deserves to be the next 'legendary' Hometown Hero."
