SPRINGFIELD On Oct. 29, Eastfield Mall hosted their annual Mall-O-Ween extravaganza and costume contest. Over 3,500 children and their families trick-or-treated from store to store throughout the mall and over 250 children and adults participated in the costume contest.
The three winners of the age six and under category were: Clyde Snow II, robot, from Ludlow; Paetyn Sells, peacock, from Springfield; and Sheyenne McCullough, flower pot, from Belchertown. For the seven to 17 year category the three winners were Jahmiah Stevenson, Southern belle, from Springfield; Dayton McCullough, decapitated zombie, from Belchertown; and Juan Martinez, Urkel, from Springfield. For the 18 years and over adult costume contest, the winner was Jacyln Goss, Poison Ivy, from Springfield.
