Springfield School Volunteers announce mentor training |

SPRINGFIELD — Springfield School Volunteers (SSV) invites members of the public to join them for a brief overview of mentoring in the Springfield Public Schools.
The commitment is just one hour a week.
Participants may choose to attend any one of the following sessions:- Sept. 8 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Trinity Church, 361 Sumner Ave.
- Sept. 14 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Western New England University (WNU) Campus Center, Room 6.
- Sept. 20 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at WNU Campus Center, Room 6.
- Sept. 21 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Springfield Public Schools, 1550 Main St., second floor, Atrium West.
- Sept. 26 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Trinity Church, 361 Sumner Ave.
- Oct. 4 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Springfield Public Schools, 1550 Main St., second floor, Atrium West.
- Oct. 5 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at WNU Campus Center, Room 7.
