THE TOTS THAT DONATE TOYS (left to right) Mayor Susan Dawson, Aldo Mancini of the Marine Corps League and Sgt. Michael Hilleger of the machine gun platoon at Westover Air Force Base met with students at Clifford M. Granger School last Thursday to speak with them about the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program that collects new, unwrapped toys to give as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community. Last year, the students at Granger collected about 200 toys, the most of the town's three elementary schools. The mayor said she would give a special prize to the school who collects the most this year.
