CLASS OF 1940 REUNION

GENEALOGY MEETING
Western Mass. Genealogy Society will host their first meeting of the year on Sept. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Agawam Senior Center, 954 Main St. Guest speaker will be Penni Martorelli, curator of the Wistariahurst Museum. All researchers, experienced and those just starting are welcome. Annual membership fee: $20 per person that will also cover the genealogy computer classes offered by the society. ART EXHIBIT
The Agawam Public Library will display artwork by Donna Dubreuil Favreau during the month of September. This exhibit will feature oils, oil monotypes, award winning pastels and candid portraits. One of her award winning pastels, "Striped Chairs" will be on display, along with an honorable mention pastel called "Sorrento Fishing Boats."

STATE PRIMARY ELECTION
Last day to register to vote for the State Primary Election on Sept. 14 is Aug. 25. Absentee ballot application deadline is at noon on Sept. 13. Obtain an application in the town clerk's office.
