WILBRAHAM ORIENTATION PROGRAM An eighth grade orientation program for parents of eighth grade students will be held on Feb. 9 at 7 p.m. in the Minnechaug Regional High School auditorium. Students may attend if they wish. Principal Hale will welcome everyone and explain the evening's agenda. Mrs. Lewis, guidance director, will speak about graduation requirements and the course selection process. Parents will then go to the large cafeteria where, in an open forum, they will have the opportunity to speak directly with all the department chairs. In the forum, they may also review course curricula, instructional materials, and samples of students' work. In the event that this is cancelled due to snow, it will be held the following day, Feb.10, same time and location.
WILBRAHAM GARDEN CLUB Begins their yearly meetings Feb. 3 at The Gardens of Wilbraham with a light luncheon beginning at noon followed by speaker Rich Levine, an ICPE certified paver and owner of Vision Landscaping. He will explain different methods of designing and installing a garden pathway using natural stone and paving.
