WOMAN'S CLUB MEETING American Home Day is the theme for the monthly meeting of the Chicopee Falls Woman's Club taking place March 18 at American Legion Post #452 on Exchange Street. The morning session begins at 10 a.m. with several hands-on projects. Members are asked to bring in thread, needles, scissors, etc. At noon, a turkey buffet lunch will be served. Tickets are $15 and must be paid for by March 11 to Treasurer Shirley Gunning. The afternoon session begins at 1:30 p.m. -- the business meeting and a presentation, "Know Your Colors," by Maureen Bellucci from the Bellucci Salon and Day Spa. Maureen will demonstrate how to choose the colors best suited for our skin and hair color.

NURSE VISIT The Chicopee Visiting Nurse Assoc. will have a nurse at the Hungry Hill Center (lower level of Our Lady of Hope Church) on March 15 from 9 - 11 a.m. Glucose screening, which requires fasting, along with blood pressure readings will be offered. This is a free service to area seniors.
ST. PAT'S CELEBRATION The annual Hungry Hill Center's St. Patrick's Day celebration will be March 17 from 1 - 3:30 p.m. (lower level of Our Lady of Hope Church). Enjoy an afternoon of light refreshments, Irish music, raffles and great company. This event is for older adults and reservations are not required. The center open at 12:45 p.m. for this event.
