The Heritage Hall Campus annual Holiday Bazaar will take place on Nov. 22 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. in all five buildings of the campus. INTERFAITH COMMEMORATION
There will be an Interfaith Commemoration of the 70th Anniversary of Kristallnacht on Nov. 10 from 7:30 - 9 p.m. at the Alumnae Theater Library at Elms College, 291 State St. The keynote speaker is Henry Knight, Director of the Cohen Center for Holocaust Studies at Keene State College. This event is being co-sponsored by Hatikvah Holocaust Education Center, Elms College and the Community Relations Committee of the Jewish Federation of Western MA. This program is open to the public and there is no charge to attend.
VALLEY OPPORTUNITY COUNCIL
The Valley Opportunity Council Inc R&SVP/SCP will be collecting non-perishable food items through Jan. 19 to be distributed to our local soup kitchens and pantries. An updated informational flyer stating the locations of local soup kitchens, pantries, brown bag sites and where you can sign up for food and fuel assistance will also be distributed within our service area. The Chicopee Falls Woman's Club is participating in Community Day at the BonTon store in Westfield. GOLF CART PATH RECONSTRUCTION
The City of Chicopee Municipal Golf Course has announced the continuation of the golf cart path reconstruction work. The golf course cart path reconstruction project will continue this fall. Last year, the course completed reconstruction of cart paths on holes 13, 14, 15 as well as 16, and installed a decorative wall at the 15th tee box. This falls, into early next springs, holes 10, 11, 12 and 18 will have their cart paths reconstructed.
"SOUNDS AND GROUNDS"

CHOLESTEROL TESTING
Keeping track of your cholesterol is important and to help you do this, on Nov. 12 from 9 a.m. - noon, there will be a cholesterol screening done at the Chicopee Senior Center, 7 Valley View Ct. MAYOR'S SWORD FOOTBALL GAME
Chicopee High and Chicopee Comp football programs will be hosting a food drive for Lorraine's Soup Kitchen at their traditional Mayor's Sword game on Nov. 15 at 1 p.m. at Szot Park. Donations of non-perishable food items will be collected at the gate.

NEW LIBRARY HOURS
The Chicopee Public Library announces new hours for the Fairview Branch of the Library. Local brides and grooms get a chance to hear what no one else is telling them about their special day. "Amazing Receptions" presents "How to Create the Perfect Wedding Day." CRAFT FAIR
In a continuing effort to build a new church, St. Nicholas Orthodox Church is presenting their second annual craft fair featuring an array of New England artisans a wonderful gathering of artistic, creative and dedicated individuals. NYC BUS TRIP
A holiday bus trip is scheduled to NYC on Nov. 29, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The bus will be leaving the Sons of Erin parking lot in Westfield at 7 a.m. for five stops in Manhattan. The bus will leave NYC at 7 p.m. Seats are $50 and reservations are needed. All proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association for research. CITY'S CHRISTMAS TREE
The city's Tree Selection Committee invites city residents who wish to donate a tree for possible selection as this year's City Christmas Tree to contact the mayor's office at 322-5510.
