|  | | Amber Legare (seated), a senior at Chicopee Comprehensive High School, was crowned in 2011 as the Chicopee Colleen at the annual pageant conducted on March 5, 2011 at the Knights of Columbus on Granby Road. She is a member of the National Honor Society and the student council. She is also captain of the varsity girls soccer team and was named an All-State Athlete in 2010. She has also played variety basketball and track and field. After graduating, she intended to attend either Stonehill College or Mount Holyoke College. She is the daughter of Cynthia and Donald Legare. Her court includes (left to right) Taylor Foley, Kimberly Estey, Elizabeth Kelly and Danielle Beauregard.
