Happy students surround St. Michael's Academy third grade teacher Louise Arthur to congratulate her on being named a Pioneer Valley Teacher of Excellence for 2010. Franciscan Sister of St. Joseph M. Andrea Ciszewski, Catholic school superintendent for the Diocese of Springfield, presented the award to Arthur in a surprise classroom ceremony at the Academy's elementary campus on March 1.
