KISS THIS
Reminder Publications photos by Natasha Clark
Reminder Publications Managing Editor G. Michael Dobbs made good on his promise to kiss either a camel or a llama at the Forest Park Zoo to raise funds for the American Diabetes Association's (ADA) Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes. As a part of the Kiss This campaign, readers were able to vote for which animal Dobbs would kiss whenever they made a donation to the ADA in honor of Kiss This. After all the votes were tallied, on Sept. 25, Dobbs headed over to Forest Park to pucker up with Max the camel.(right)Max nibbles on Forest Park Zoo Education Assistant Teralyn Rizzuto as she preps for a photo with Dobbs. A special thanks to all of the readers and Reminder Publications employees who helped raised $250 for the Step Out walk, which took place last Sunday. The zoo will also participate in the juvenile diabetes walk at Six Flags in Agawam next month.
