SPRINGFIELD -- To mark St. Patrick's Day, Mayor Domenic Sarno joined members of the Springfield St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee, the 2010 Springfield Colleen and her court and local elected officials at a ceremony Wednesday on the steps of City Hall.

Sarno and Springfield Colleen Meagan Flanagan hoisted the Irish flag to a bagpipe accompaniment and a Knights of Columbus honor guard.
