Pecoy Signature Homes and ReStore have teamed up to deconstruct the 1,900 square foot home located at 9 Peak Rd. on Wilbraham Mountain. John Majercak, ReStore Director (pictured), said it will take a crew of three about two weeks to complete the green deconstruction - and that nearly 80 percent of the materials from the home can be saved and reused. Once the site is cleared, Kent Pecoy of Pecoy Signature Homes said the land will be made available for purchase and the building of a new home. A live feed of the deconstruction can be viewed at www.restoreonline.org.
