New Leap Day

As always, your editorials are interesting and informative, and the part about changing the leap year day provided me with a laugh.

With all the transgression against people in a variety of ways, it feels good to read something that is light and entertaining.

While I agree with the change "Mad Dog" Mahaney suggested, I can also understand your thinking of installing a lock on your door.
