Robbed on the bus

On July 27, 2011, at 2:40 p.m., I boarded a PVTA bus in my driveway. We arrived at 2:47 p.m. at the parking lot for my appointment. A PVTA bus and driver were waiting for her passenger. The driver outside worked the controls for the lift. My driver had put my walker and purse behind me near the lift. I walked to the lift, took my purse and walker and went down the lift to the sidewalk and ramp.

Inside at the doctor’s office, I discovered that $18, a $25 gift card and coupons to a local restaurant were missing. I called PVTA, but nothing had been turned in.
