On Dec. 23, about 7 p.m. I left my pocketbook in a shopping cart in the Big Y parking lot in East Longmeadow. About 10 minutes later when I realized what I had done, I returned to where I had left the cart only to find my purse gone. I quickly went inside to the Customer Service desk to discover somebody had turned in my purse. All the contents were there — money, credit cards, phone, etc. I would like to thank the person who turned in my purse. It is very rewarding to know there are truly honest people. Thank you.
