Certified Pre-Owned Cats

Adoption Event at Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society
(SPRINGFIELD and LEVERETT) – Friday and Saturday this week, July 22 and 23, Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society adoption centers in Springfield and Leverett are hosting a special event to help adult cats cruise into new homes. It’s summer and Dakin has lots of cats, motors purring, just waiting to go. They come in many makes and models, loaded with adorable features and the latest technology. And best of all, they’re available to qualified adopters with $0 down/0% financing.

Certified Pre-Owned Cats come with a multi-point inspection that includes spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccinations and medical check-up. Special features are available on all makes and models including standard four-paw drive, FREE microchip, and a 100,000 purr warranty.

“Dakin is committed to finding good homes…and saving lives. People who come to animal shelters to adopt do so because they want to help save lives too,” says Executive Director Leslie Harris. “We’re driving home the point that adult cats have the greatest need for loving homes, especially at this time of year when they’re in competition with the newer models – kittens. While there are many benefits to adopting an adult cat, the fact remains that there are more adoptable cats than available loving homes.”

To help ensure that every adoptable cat finds a loving home, Dakin will waive the adoption fee of $95 for cats ages one year and older on Friday and Saturday. A donation in lieu of the adoption fee is greatly appreciated.

Dakin certified pre-owned cats are better than new! More information is available online at www.dpvhs.org or by calling 413-781-4000 in Springfield or 413-548-9898 in Leverett.
