Celebrate homecoming at East LongmeadowEAST LONGMEADOW On Sept. 27 East Longmeadow High School will kick-off their annual homecoming. In day-long matchups that include Agawam, Westfield, Cathedral and Minnechaug, residents are encouraged to come out and support their local team.
From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., booster clubs will be on hand with concession booths full of goodies to raise funds. There will also be plenty of fun on hand as well.
As the sports go on, as you walk into the stadium, there will be concession stands. Every booster club is going to have their booth and selling their wares. There will also be a snow cone machine and another group having a popcorn machine, hot waffles in the morning and apple crisp in the later part of the day.
There will also be sweatshirts and hats on sale. All proceeds benefit the athletic program through the booster clubs.
