On May 14, professional bass fisherman Mike Delvisco made a stop at Texas Roadhouse, 12 Mall St. in Springfield, where he signed autographs and talked fishing with fans including Rylee Kaplan. Kaplan and other fishing enthusiasts got an up close look at the state of the art Phoenix Bass Boat and truck Delviso uses on the Bassmaster and PAA Tours. They also received fishing tips from Delvisco who, in addition to competiting on the pro circuit, conducts seminars around the country and is a former Bassmaster University instructor.
