Lauren Brodeur named an All Region (New England) player

Lauren Brodeur, a goalkeeper at Wilbraham & Monson Academy, has been named an All Region (New England) player by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and Adidas. She was also named to the Massachusetts 2007 All-State Soccer Team by the Massachusetts State Soccer Coaches Association.

Brodeur was also named All League by the Women's Western New England Prep School Soccer Association. She was this year's Girl's Varsity Soccer MVP at the Academy. During her four year career, Brodeur played goalkeeper on a team with a record of 53-8-3. She recorded 40 shutouts and allowed only 33 goals during her four year career. She will attend and play soccer at the University of Hartford in the fall.
