Learn to balance your family life at lecture

Jewish Family Services of Western Massachusetts presents "Stretched Too Thin: Keeping Family Balance When Life is Too Much and Too Fast."

In today's fast paced world it is hard keeping sight of what matters most. Parents are expected to juggle heavy schedules, fall school activities and holiday preparation without a break. How can you and your family stay balanced and connected to the meaning and activity of this time of year? Julie B. Rosenshein, LICSW, will speak on this topic in two locations:

LGA-Schechter, 257 Prospect St., Northampton, on Sept. 24 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and

Springfield Jewish Community Center, 1160 Dickinson St., Springfield, on Sept. 25 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Rosenshein specializes in families with ADHD, bipolar and highly sensitive children. She is the author of "The Highly Sensitive Kids Guide" and lectures throughout the New York and New England areas.
