Springfield Falcons hire Eric Levine |

SPRINGFIELD The Springfield Falcons, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets, announced the hiring of Eric Levine to the position of manager of Media & Community Relations.
Levine joins the Falcons staff after previously serving as director of Media Relations for the Elmira Jackals of the East Coast Hockey League. In 2010, he received the East Coast Hockey League Award of Excellence in Media Relations and was named runner up for the same award in 2011.
When asked about the decision to hire Levine, Falcons President and General Manager Bruce Landon said, "I am excited about having Eric join our staff. He has an outstanding resume and a wonderful personality. He is going to be a tremendous asset to our organization in media and community relations as well as with social medial platforms."
Levine said, "It is truly an honor and privilege for me to be able to join the Springfield Falcons. There is a rich history of hockey in Springfield and I am looking forward to being a part of it. I also look forward to building relationships with not only all of the media that support the team, but reach out to the fans as well through our various community relations activities."
