Participate in ALA's Annual Autumn Escape Bike Trek

Waltham Join the American Lung Association of Massachusetts in one of the area's most scenic, challenging and established cycling events this September. The 24th annual Autumn Escape Bike Trek starts in historic Plymouth, Mass., on Sept. 12 and ends in Provincetown on Sept. 14. Plus, for the weekend rider, there is now a two-day ride option.

The Autumn Escape Bike Trek, an "at your own pace" ride, is perfect for all cyclists. Experienced cyclists will be challenged and novices will have a great introduction to bike treks, all the while enjoying the beauty of the changing landscapes of Southern New England in autumn.

Travel over 160 miles along the Massachusetts coast and contribute to the ongoing fight against lung disease.

The funds raised by the American Lung Association of Massachusetts support programs, advocacy and education in Massachusetts, helping your friends, family and neighbors breathe easier.

For more infor-mation on the Autumn Escape Bike Trek, or other biking events, or the American Lung Association, please call 1-800-LUNG-USA or log on to www.lungma.org today.
