EAST LONGMEADOW Celebrating nearly six years together as a team, the East Longmeadow Flash Under 14 Girls team recently competed in the Disney President's Day Classic in Orlando, Florida. The girls participated against teams from Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey and missed out advancing to the playoff round due to a tiebreaker; however, they seemed little disappointed as they spent much time together exploring the various theme parks. They wish to thank the many organizations and individuals who helped contribute to their fundraising efforts to make the trip possible.

(front row L-R) are: Alexa Allen, Loren DeLisle, Mimi Gentile, Victoria Knight, Rebecca Mercieri, Alexia Basile, Devon Wolfenden, Jackie Keefe, Caitlin Cohn, and Melanie Avdoulos. Back Row (L-R) are: Coaches John Gentile and Tom Wolfenden, Elizabeth Weithofer, Emily Logan, Karly Turgeon, Sarah Waltsak, Alyssa Balboni, Brady Hayden, Candace Kasper, Kaila Plumb and Coach Todd Hayden. Good teams do what? "Stay Together!"
