The Western Mass. Warriors hold blood drive

SPRINGFIELD -- The Western Mass. Warriors and Mercy Hospital are teaming up to give fans an opportunity to give blood.

The Mercy Hospital Blood Mobile will be at the Warriors' Sept. 25 game against the North Shore Generals from Lynn at Ronald J. Abdow Field on the campus of American International College.

Those who participate in the drive to help the Mercy Hospital Blood Bank on Carew St. will receive a free movie pass. There will also be a raffle for free Big E tickets. Those wishing to donate must bring a valid drivers license or photo ID issued by the state and should eat at least two to three hours prior.
