SPRINGFIELD - A large tree uprooted by Tropical Storm Isaias lays on power lines in Winton Street in the East Forest Park neighborhood on the morning of Aug. 5. The storm caused downed trees, broken telephone poles and power outages across Western Massachusetts that took several days to restore.
