SPRINGFIELD – The Creative Quarantine exhibit at Springfield Art for the Soul Gallery located at Tower Square conducted its artist reception on May 14 drawing many people.

Co-founder of the event, Larry Poncho Brown, explained to Reminder Publishing that 12 artists – six from the Springfield area and six from around the nation – participated in creating art during the period of Jan.1 to Jan. 31 broadcasting their creative process through social media.

Brown said that more than 430 pieces of art were created during this period.
