Buy Springfield Now, Habitat for Humanity, Mass Housing, NACA, Real Living Realty, Springfield Partners for Community Action, and USA Mortgage Network are among some of the mortgage lenders, financial advisors, and social housing agency vendors that will be present at the expo.

Speakers for the event include Bela Basile of USA Mortgage Network, Carlos Gonzalez CEO of Mass Latino Chamber of Commerce, Justin Hurst Springfield City Councilor, and Ben Swan State Representative 11th Hampden District.

Black Real Estate Digest is an online magazine designed for first time homeowners. The online magazine helps explain qualifying equations, how to obtain grants and loans, and informs readers about money saving programs to purchase a home in terms that the common first time home buyer will better understand. Readers will also be exposed to ways on how to improve their credit score, what to look for in a house, and ways to increase equity in your property.

In addition to raffles, prizes, and food the expo will be a great education opportunity to current and prospective real estate consumers as well as an excellent marketing hub for current real estate professionals.
