LONGMEADOW – State Rep. Brian Ashe presented Athleta General Manager Kerry O’Connor with a proclamation to celebrate the business’s grand opening on June 29 at Longmeadow Shops, 690 Bliss Rd. in Longmeadow. Dozens of shoppers and guests took advantage of the grand opening to buy shorts, leggings and workout-wear. The athleisure store is a subsidiary of The GAP and offers inclusive sizes from XXS to 3X. There is also a juniors line called Athleta Girl.
