Mayor Domenic Sarno welcomed a new business to downtown Springfield on Aug. 12, Smokey Joe’s Cigar Lounge. Joseph and Toni Hendrix operate the cigar shop and private smoking club. State Reps. Carlos Gonzalez and Bud Williams, as well as City Councilors Justin Hurst and Thomas Ashe attended the ribbon cutting and celebration. The lounge is on the second floor at 395 Dwight St.
