SPRINGFIELD – A line of customers snaked out the door at White Hut in West Springfield on June 4, despite the intermittent thunderstorms. The restaurant, specializing in burgers and other fast-food, was offering hotdogs and fountain drinks for $0.60 each to honor what would have been the 60th birthday of Bean Restaurant Group partner Andy Yee, who died on May 27. The restaurant company bought White Hut in May of 2020.
