WESTFIELD – Westfield on Weekends’ (WOW) DecemberFest events kicked off on Nov. 27 with its third annual Tree Jubilee. This year’s Tree Jublee will be available virtually and in-person outside of Reminder Publishing’s Westfield Office at Roots Athletic Center, 181 Root Rd., through Dec. 6.
