WILBRAHAM – State Rep. Angelo Puppolo presented Hayley Procon and her mother, Kristin Procon, the new owners of Common Grounds Cafe in Wilbraham, with a formal recognition from the Massachusetts House of Representatives in honor of their new business venture. The duo recently bought the long-time coffee shop and opened it under new management on Dec. 1. Puppolo recognized that due to the pandemic, it is a “tough time” to start a business. “We definitely took a risk but we’ve seen so much support from the community and the regulars who continue to come in and be regulars,” said Hayley.
