Moderator should have stepped in

Oct. 1, 2015 |

A member of the audience made a statement about Muslims and Obama. It was not a question about the many candidates for president. The moderator should have stepped in and informed him that he was out of order. It was not the responsibility of any candidate to use their precious time on TV to correct a member of the audience who was out of order.

I am not fan of Ben Carson. But he was accurate when he said that traditional Islam, the one that is getting the publicity is incomparable with American individual liberties.  Do we know Muslims who have rejected these beliefs?  Probably. The Muslims that were in my college were not militants for Islam. Neither are some of the medical personnel or others I come in contact with from time to time. But they are not stopping the traditionalists. Maybe they cannot.

While I consider myself tolerant I am not suicidal. It was not the Buddhists, Hindus, nor fundamentalist Christians who launch the attack on 9/11, nor the Boston Marathon. It was a branch of Islam funded by our so-called allies, the House of Saud.

Is Obama guilty of protecting us from militant Islam?  He refuses to protect anyone in the USA against foreign criminals.  And now we find that in Afghanistan we are protecting sexual predators because they are seen as allies against the Taliban.  But Obama has no tolerance for Russia. It was American soldiers, probably Christians, who were outraged because an Afghan police commander (probably a Muslim)  raped a boy and beat up his mother, who were probably Muslims.

The American soldiers are being forced out of our army. The Afghan police commander continues to enjoy American help. He may even move here after his puppet regime fails.
