Thank you Wilbraham Funeral Home

April 10, 2013
My grandson was born four months premature on March 29, 2013. As you can imagine this was quite an emotional time for my daughter, her husband and our families.

I contacted a few funeral homes regarding our options and was quite taken by the cost of a burial for someone who entered the world months before they should have.

After seeing Wilbraham Funeral Home's listing on a veteran site, I placed a phone call. The receptionist told me someone would call me right back and lo and behold, Steve immediately called me back and it was Easter Sunday, and provided me with excellent customer service. He put me in touch with Ellen O'Brien at the funeral home. We met with her the next day. The woman is a saint. She was so caring, understanding and went over and above in every way imaginable.

This is a family owned funeral home and should be commended. Due to the nature of our situation, they donated their services for people to come pay their respects. They provided discounts to the crematory and looked into everything we could have possibly needed or wanted to put our little one to rest and have our friends and family pay their respects on April 4, 2013.

I would like everyone in your area to know that Wilbraham Funeral Home and the staff are wonderful and if they ever require such services, do not hesitate to reach out to them directly. They made our saddest of times a bit more bearable.
