EAST LONGMEADOW – State Rep. Angelo Puppolo delivered a proclamation from the Massachusetts House of Representatives to Erica Devlin, owner of Stay Golden, a new airbrush tanning salon at 37 Harkness Ave. in the Heritage Village Shoppes in East Longmeadow. Devlin was joined by Puppolo, Town Council Vice President Thomas O'Connor and plaza owner Carl Perella, at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the business on Nov. 2. Devlin plans to cater to individual customers and host spray tan parties for small groups.
